This is a good travel toy if you want to pack light but still have multiple sensations on standby. Also excellent to play with long-distance due to the amazing app which holds a strong retention.
While I haven't had to use this yet as mine is going strong years later, Satisfyer also has a strong warranty.
ADHD-Proof* Score: 70/100
You will need a q-tip to fully clean inside the toy. But it is waterproof and silicone covered, so easy to clean otherwise!
*By ADHD-Proof, I basically mean "me"-proof. Or how suitable this is for my lifestyle and brain as a kinky human with ADHD (this is my personal toybox after-all). When I buy toys I'm looking for low-maintenance materials, easy to clean design, limited components to keep track of, stuff like that. That's what this score is referring to.

Like most dual-purpose toys - they're never really PERFECT at either purpose. There are better suction toys and better vibrating toys available, no doubt.
I will say that using the suction bit with the vibe running as well does add an extra level of sensation to play with which is amazing.
