I've never tried anything quite like this.
The suction and vibrating features are nothing new, but the "thumping" feature itself is almost like a direct repeated tapping. Amazing clit stim, especially to take a break from suction toys.
An unexpected perk - my partner with a penis LOVES this thing and calls it his version of a suction toy, using the thumping function directly on the head of his member.

The toy itself is VERY durable to abuse. Because it's waterproof it often hangs out in my sink for a bit before getting a wash. BUT, this is one of those Bellesa toys marketed as "discreet" with an annoying charging case you have to keep to be able to recharge it. Meaning you have to keep a plastic case, the toy, and a micro USB charger all together. Annoying! Especially if you don't care about discretion.
*By ADHD-Proof, I basically mean "me"-proof. Or how suitable this is for my lifestyle and brain as a kinky human with ADHD (this is my personal toybox after-all). When I buy toys I'm looking for low-maintenance materials, easy to clean design, limited components to keep track of, stuff like that. That's what this score is referring to.

The thumping isn't super "strong" but it is just so unique that it will be unexpected stimulation, totally different from suction and vibing functions, that it gets a high ranking! The suction is decently strong, and the vibration option is there too in the handle. Note that you can't use all 3 functions at once on the same area, unfortunately. . Get it here
Technical Specs
A thicker water-based lube is best for the suction to create a strong seal, but the thumping function doesn't necessarily need lube. Try both ways to find your preference!
You'll need to keep the case in order to charge this - and it will take a Micro USB cord (included).
