Why I like it:
For any type of task management in your biz, this keeps it all together! The ability to set repeat tasks and duplicate processes is great for delegating your processes out to a VA. I don't use this often for non-repeatable tasks for myself (just adds an extra step to the task), but for documenting your processes to delegate it out this is great.
