The backbone of my own site is wordpress.org (NOT to be confused with wordpress.com which restricts adult content). It’s free. There’s no end of amazing free and paid plugins to build your site even further. And you can post whatever you want (that’s legal, of course!)

Unlike pre-hosted solutions (looking at you, squarespace), you have INFINITE options to expand and grow with wordpress and practically no limitations. You can almost always find a way to workaround and do what you want. It is a bit of a pandora's box though to open, so start slow and know you'll have infinite potential to expand in the future with this option.
While this is a tool that has worked for me, it may not be the right fit for every biz owner. Or for the current stage of your biz. Vet the terms and conditions (especially around adult content) of ANY service you build your business with, in addition to making sure the actual features are a good fit for your needs.
