Payment Methods
Currently I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or JCB. All transactions are processed securely through authorize.net, and Kinky Bestie maintains a PCI compliant status. On your billing statement, charges will appear as “KINKYBESTIE” or “MENTORSHIP”.
Oracle Readings
Like all other services, oracle readings are not able to replace professional counsel or care and you are responsible for your own actions and outcomes. Additionally, I do not claim to be able to predict the future. That is up to you!
Unlike other services, this particular service requires a deliverable from you to be completed – the Intention Setting form. The Intention Setting form should be completed within 7 days of purchase and you are redirected to this form after purchase and a link is within your email receipt should you need additional time to complete it. The timeframe for the video and email (1-3 days) delivery is only able to begin AFTER a completed Intention Setting form has been received. Failure to complete Intention Setting form are not grounds for refund.
1:1 Mentorship (Coaching)
For any purchases involving a live appointment, payment is required at time of reservation. If life comes up, you can reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice before our confirmed appointment time. I’ll work with you to find a time for rescheduling that works, and you will have 30 days from the date of your original appointment to makeup your appointment before it expires without refund. Either send me an email at emma@kinkybestie.com, or message me on the platform we use most frequently for chatting. No-show appointments are not eligible for reschedule, and mentorship appointments are not refundable due to the nature of the service.

Text Mentorship
By purchasing a text mentorship subscription, you will receive unlimited text access for the period of your subscription. That means – text me whenever you want during this period! Expect daily responses from me (though the typical time period of responses is closer to 1-12 hours). You can access text mentorship through SMS texting, wifi texting, or Instagram direct messaging (which I actually prefer because I’m a big fan of the “voice note” or short video message replies). If you are interested in text mentorship but do not have access to these services, email me emma@kinkybestie.com and we can discuss what’s possible.

Communication Boundaries
By purchasing 1:1 services with me (like my private mentorship calls or text mentorship subscription), you will have direct access to me and agree to follow the communication boundaries listed here. You will not send or elicit pornography and other mature audience content (including literature, imagery and other media) depicting nudity or explicit sexual acts. You will not use abusive or degrading language towards me, sexually harass me, or otherwise behave inappropriately. This is not an exhaustive list – I reserve the right to amend and/or append my communication boundaries at any time. I also reserve the right to immediately revoke access to my services without refund if these communication boundaries are crossed.
Refunds
Purchases that involve direct access to me (like my 1:1 Mentorship and Text Mentorship) have their own unique policies due to the nature of the services, see those sections on this page for more details. For all other purchases (like courses or subscriptions), all sales are final due to the nature of digital products. I’m always available to answer questions before purchase, I recommend doing this especially if you’re unsure whether or not the format or content is right for you.

Confidentiality
Personal information supplied by clients in mentorship services (like calls or texting) will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
