The only email you'll need to open to join our call is this "Invitation":

This email has the link you'll need to join our virtual call, and information to call-in (if you prefer!). It's also a google calendar invite so you can add the event and link to your virtual calendar. 

Your appointment is automatically confirmed upon booking, so don't worry about "accepting" the invite!
